Pompano Beach, Florida, July 18, 2022 – Micro Technologies fuels a five-year expansion strategy with blue chip industry leaders to fill new and critical positions for the company’s future. Maneesh Gidwani (Chief Digital Officer), Tim Burschur (Director of Hubotics®), Dan Stemm (Sr. Director of Business Development, Medical), and Rajas Joshi (VP of Quality) have all joined the growing executive team which will drive forward Micro’s growing reputation as an innovative digital manufacturing leader.

Maneesh Gidwani serves as the Chief Digital Officer and brings over twenty years’ experience in digital transformation executive positions. Having successfully filled senior leadership position sat SABMiller, FIFCO, and Accenture, Maneesh has co-authored published technology papers and is a sought-after innovation speaker worldwide.

 

Tim Burschur serves as the Director of Hubotics®, a revolutionary new approach to robotic-led-human-powered robotic automation. After eighteen years at Toyota, Tim brings a wealth of experience having led Toyota’s TILT Lab, a robotics and advanced manufacturing center of excellence.

 

Dan Stemm serves as Senior Director of Business Development for Medical. With over fifteen years serving in the medical device industry, Dan’s deep knowledge and experience in the sector comes from working for globally known brands such as Trident Medical, Reel Precision, and Heraeus Medical Components. He is no stranger to complex supply chains and is passionate about mentoring younger professionals and building strong teams.

 

Rajas Joshi serves as the new Vice President of Quality for Micro. Known as a quality executive with a reputation for rapidly scaling organizations, Rajas is a fast-paced decision-maker and trusted advisor to key stakeholders. Rajas will draw on his unique experience with Fortune 500 multinational manufacturing and private equity plays.

 

In 2017, Micro completed building a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Costa Rica, and in the years since, has steadily built out a robotics and automation division, and groundbreaking digital-driven capability set.
